    Summer menu

    Summer ingredients are abundant, which is why we're switching to our summer menu on Fridays this week.

    Look forward to venison, veal, strawberries and elderflower.

    Cold smoked cod
    Beach cod, mussel sauce and salted roe.

    North Sea turbot
    Gooseberries, hollandaise and peas
