Chef meeting - Mushroom week at Dine & Wine
Seven of the region's best kitchen teams from Ho Kro, Café Stranden, Hr. Skov, Høfde4, Arnbjerg Pavillonen, Dine & Wine and Nymindegab Kro will each create a mushroom-based dish for this unique evening.
The proceeds go to competitions for culinary students at Rybners in Esbjerg.You can sign up for tickets at svampeuge.dk/ and tickets for the evening will be drawn.
